Law360, New York (October 06, 2009, 7:35 PM ET) -- The former head of the Liberal Party of New York pleaded guilty to fraud in state court Tuesday in connection with a corruption scheme that netted him $800,000 through the state comptroller’s office and pension fund.
Raymond Harding pleaded guilty to a felony Martin Act securities fraud violation in the New York County Supreme Court, state attorney general Andrew Cuomo announced Tuesday. Harding faces four years in prison.
