Grand Jury To Weigh In On Hilton, Starwood Dispute

Law360, New York (October 07, 2009, 3:24 PM ET) -- As a civil lawsuit continues to unfold, a federal grand jury is also reportedly looking into whether criminal charges should be brought against several Hilton Worldwide executives accused of stealing confidential information from rival hotel chain Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide Inc.

The Wall Street Journal reported Wednesday that a grand jury was continuing to mull whether indictments should be issued for Ross Klein, Amar Lalvani and Steven Goldman, citing sources familiar with the matter.
