Law360, New York (January 25, 2010, 1:32 PM ET) -- Marcos Daniel Jimenez, a former U.S. attorney for the Southern District of Florida, has left Kenny Nachwalter PA to lead Kasowitz Benson Torres & Friedman LLP's Miami office.
The addition of Jimenez is the latest lateral hire for Kasowitz Benson, which added more than a dozen insurance recovery litigators from Dickstein Shapiro LLP earlier this month.
