Judge Grants Attorneys Fees In Saint Vincent Case

Law360, New York (December 07, 2006, 12:00 AM ET) -- A bankruptcy judge has signed off on more than $11 million in fees for the attorneys and advisers in Saint Vincent Catholic Medical Centers’ bankruptcy case.

Weil Gotshal & Manges LLP stands to receive hefty compensation for representing the health care provider in its Chapter 11 proceedings with nearly $5 million in fees and more than $168,000 in expenses, according to a filing in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York on Wednesday.
