Law360, New York (March 24, 2010, 3:05 PM ET) -- A former senior IBM Corp. executive accused of playing a role in the alleged multimillion-dollar insider trading ring that centered on Galleon Corp. founder Raj Rajaratnam has said he will waive his right to an indictment, signaling the possibility that he will plead guilty.
The U.S. Attorney's Office for the Southern District of New York filed a notice Tuesday in federal court saying it would file a new charging document against Robert Moffat once he waives his right to an indictment.
