Law360, New York (April 22, 2010, 1:57 PM ET) -- Former account services representatives for Sprint Nextel Corp. in New York have filed a lawsuit alleging the mobile services provider neglected to pay overtime wages as required by federal law.
Plaintiffs Cisco Reccy, Onassis Torres and Germaine Ifudu filed the lawsuit Wednesday in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York to recover unpaid overtime wages.
