Law360, New York (April 26, 2010, 3:07 PM ET) -- In a patent infringement suit over in-air fire prevention systems, FirePass Corp. has moved to disqualify defendant Airbus SAS' counsel Baker & Hostetler LLP due to conflict of interest.
FirePass filed a motion Friday in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York, arguing that several of the Baker Hostetler lawyers representing Airbus have previously consulted with FirePass principal Igor Kotliar on some of the patents-in-suit in the case.
