AmEx Antitrust Case Remanded After Stolt-Nielsen

Law360, New York (May 03, 2010, 1:49 PM ET) -- The U.S. Supreme Court has sent a suit over the role of arbitration in a group of merchants' antitrust suit against American Express Co. back to a circuit court in light of its ruling last week in Stolt-Nielsen SA v. Animalfeeds International Corp.
