Law360, New York (January 24, 2007, 12:00 AM ET) -- Claiming that Midwest Air Group Inc. is trying to thwart its merger with Midwest Airlines, discount airline AirTran Airway filed a complaint in New York State Supreme Court Tuesday to compel the company to disclose its shareholder list.
AirTran’s parent company, AirTran Holdings Inc., filed suit in New York state court under its New York subsidiary, AirTran New York LLC. AirTran NY holds Midwest stock and, according to the complaint, is therefore entitled to a list of shareholders.
