Law360, New York (July 07, 2010, 4:28 PM ET) -- Law firms are increasingly looking to merge with their international peers in 2010, with three such deals taking place in the second quarter of this year, according to a recent analysis.
In its quarterly merger analysis, legal management consulting firm Altman Weil Inc. said Wednesday that nine new law firm mergers were announced in the second quarter of 2010, a slight uptick from eight such deals in the first quarter of this year.
