Plaintiffs Fail To Revive Credit Suisse Investor Suit

Law360, New York (August 12, 2010, 3:12 PM ET) -- A federal judge has refused to reconsider the dismissal of a proposed securities class action accusing Credit Suisse Group of failing to disclose risks associated with subprime lending, saying the plaintiffs are just rehashing arguments that he previously discounted.
