Cigna Faces FLSA Class Action From Case Managers

Law360, New York (September 02, 2010, 2:27 PM ET) -- Insurer Cigna Corp. and subsidiary Intracorp have been hit with a putative class and collective action alleging they willfully violated state and federal wage-and-hour laws by failing to pay disability clinical case managers a premium rate for overtime hours.
