US Asks Court To Quash Subpoenas In Walsh Hearing

Law360, New York (March 18, 2011, 6:55 PM ET) -- Federal prosecutors on Friday asked a New York judge to quash any attempt by Stephen Walsh, an investor accused of misusing millions of dollars in commodity pool clients' money, to subpoena government witnesses in a pretrial hearing.
