Law360, New York (May 22, 2007, 12:00 AM ET) -- A small telecommunications company has sued investment bank J.P. Morgan Chase & Co. alleging that the Wall Street firm defrauded the company in connection with its acquisition of a rival telecom company.
On Friday, One Communications Corp. filed the suit against J.P. Morgan in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York. The suit also names two investment funds as defendants, and also makes a claim for declaratory judgment against Verizon New England Inc.
