E&Y Wins Stay Of Ex-Worker's NY Overtime Action

Law360, New York (July 11, 2011, 7:39 PM ET) -- A New York state judge has stayed a proposed class action claiming Ernst & Young LLP illegally withheld overtime pay, ruling the lead plaintiff is contractually obligated to first bring his claims to an arbitrator, according to court documents filed Monday.
