Law360, New York (December 20, 2011, 4:43 PM ET) -- Project administration consultancy Rust Consulting Inc. has entered the bankruptcy administration services market by purchasing bankruptcy services provider Omni Management Group, Rust announced Tuesday.
Minneapolis-based Rust said it had hoped to begin providing bankruptcy administration services and opted to buy Omni because of its established reputation and expertise.
“For us to enter the bankruptcy administration services market, we wanted to be sure we had the best team for the job. We have that team in Omni,” Rust President Galen Vetter said in a statement.
