Nightclub Investor Says Partners Danced Away With His Cash

Law360, New York (March 02, 2012, 7:46 PM ET) -- An investor in a Manhattan nightclub and restaurant launched a suit Thursday against their owner Sutol Associates LLC, alleging he was lured by misleading statements into investing $1.25 million and was then unfairly kicked out of the venture, losing the bulk of his money.
