Warhol Foundation Backs Artist In 2nd Circ. Fair-Use Battle

Law360, New York (March 02, 2012, 8:31 PM ET) -- The Andy Warhol Foundation for the Visual Arts urged the Second Circuit on Thursday to consider the serious First Amendment concerns it would raise if it upheld a lower court's ruling that an artist violated a French photographer's copyright by creating a series of collages and paintings that used his photos.
