Judge Sends Rite Aid OT Dispute To Trial

Law360, New York (March 12, 2012, 8:16 PM ET) -- A New York federal judge on Monday allowed a proposed overtime class action by former Rite Aid Corp. employees to proceed to trial in June, finding that the retail drugstore chain and the employees had produced conflicting evidence about their job responsibilities.
