Law360, New York (April 11, 2012, 1:38 PM ET) -- The U.S. Department of Justice accused Apple Inc. and five publishers Wednesday of conspiring to hike the price for e-books by changing the sales model for the digital products, and three of the publishers immediately settled with the antitrust watchdog.
