Law360, New York (April 19, 2012, 7:04 PM ET) -- Alcoholism and depression, two scourges of the legal profession that generate malpractice risk, are being joined by a third — dementia and other cognitive impairments — as baby boom-generation lawyers grow old, experts said Thursday, predicting the problem will worsen.
