NY Lawmakers Target Gas Stations Gouging Credit Customers

Law360, New York (April 24, 2012, 5:02 PM ET) -- New York gas station owners charging drivers up to $2 per gallon extra to fill up with credit cards instead of cash could face fines under legislation proposed by state lawmakers from both parties who said Tuesday that they are tired of the bait-and-switch.
