Law360, New York (April 25, 2012, 4:28 PM ET) -- Starwood Capital Group on Wednesday released details about its long-awaited Manhattan hotel development, which will operate under the luxury Baccarat brand after a $403 million rebuild on a former public library site.
The mixed-use project, across 53rd Street from the Museum of Modern Art, will include 115 hotel rooms and 64 residences, according to the Wall Street Journal. All will boast high-end finishes, including touches from the Baccarat crystal brand that Starwood acquired in 2005, the newspaper said.
