Law360, New York (May 02, 2012, 6:43 PM ET) -- New York-based law and government affairs firm Davidoff Malito & Hutcher LLP has renewed for 17 years its lease for the entire 34th floor at 605 Third Ave. in midtown Manhattan, the firm announced Wednesday.
The firm, which has occupied the 19,822 square-foot floor since 1990, signed a new 15-year lease on top of the remaining two years on its current lease in the 44-floor Fisher Brothers-owned building located between 39th and 40th streets on Manhattan's east side.
