Law360, New York (May 04, 2012, 5:59 PM ET) -- Former Republican New York state Senate Majority Leader Joseph L. Bruno is in good health despite his advanced age and he will launch a counterattack to dismiss new federal charges of bribery and kickbacks, his attorney said Friday.
