Ex-NY Hospital Network Head Gets 3 Years For Bribes

Law360, New York (May 07, 2012, 8:34 PM ET) -- Former MediSys Health Network CEO David Rosen was sentenced to three years in prison Monday for paying bribes to three politicians, including the once-powerful former New York state Sen. Carl Kruger.

Rosen, 64, was convicted in September of five criminal counts for bribing Kruger, ex-Assemblyman Anthony Seminerio and Assemblyman William F. Boyland Jr.
