Lothian Oil Creditor Takes Jurisdiction Row To 2nd Circ.

Law360, New York (May 11, 2012, 9:23 PM ET) -- A Lothian Oil Inc. creditor asked the Second Circuit on Tuesday to resolve a jurisdictional dispute over sanctions and other issues in a suit accusing the bankrupt oil company of conspiracy that has bounced between state, federal and bankruptcy courts in New York and Texas.
