Law360, New York (May 11, 2012, 3:42 PM ET) -- An Upper East Side high-rise owner and the building's tenant association on Wednesday dropped suits after proposing a compromise with the Federal Transit Administration and others they had previously accused of planning a New York City subway expansion project without considering environmental concerns.
The voluntary dismissals also let New York's Metropolitan Transportation Authority and its construction company off the hook.
