Law360, New York (May 14, 2012, 6:43 PM ET) -- Denver-based Platte River Ventures has unloaded its aerospace and defense arm, sending the flight components maker to another private equity firm, according to an announcement Monday.
The deal transfers PRV Aerospace LLC's six operating facilities to an affiliate of New York-based Court Square Capital Partners, Platte River said.
Platte River did not disclose the value of the transaction. Representatives for the buyer on Monday declined to comment on the matter.
