Skadden Shakes Former Atty's Sex Discrimination Case

Law360, New York (May 16, 2012, 5:51 PM ET) -- A New York state appeals court on Thursday refused to revive an $8 million discrimination suit that accused Skadden Arps Slate Meagher & Flom LLP of firing a 60-year-old female attorney because she didn't fit in with the allegedly young and macho culture of Skadden's litigation department.
