Law360, New York (May 18, 2012, 7:17 PM ET) -- DLA Piper on Thursday asked a New York federal court to toss a bankrupt furniture company's $17 million suit accusing the law firm of mismanaging a licensing deal and ensuing legal matters, arguing the company has failed to provide expert testimony supporting most of its claims.
