Law360, New York (May 29, 2012, 8:34 PM ET) -- Real estate firm Extell Development Co. said Tuesday it was going forward with a long-stalled $1 billion office high-rise project in New York City, prompting some unfriendly competition with rival Related Cos., which is spearheading the nearby Hudson Yards development.
