Law360, New York (June 08, 2012, 10:06 PM ET) -- The co-CEO’s of Archie Comic Publications Inc. reached a confidential settlement on Tuesday in a New York state court, ending their messy, months-long dispute over the leadership of the company.
Nancy Silberkleit, the second wife of a now-deceased heir to one of the comic book company's founders, and Jonathan Goldwater, himself an heir to the other half of the company's founding pair, have been locked in bitter litigation since last year, when Silberkleit was accused of harassing and intimidating Archie employees.
