Law360, New York (September 17, 2007, 12:00 AM ET) -- A handful of fraud claims brought against insurer Converium Holding AG have been revived, after a district court partially reversed a motion to dismiss granted earlier this year.
In a ruling handed down on Friday, Judge Denise Cote of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York denied portions of Converium's motion to dismiss, which had originally been granted.
