EPA Sued For $65M By NY Developer Charged Over Dumping

Law360, New York (June 19, 2012, 8:51 PM ET) -- A New York developer recently indicted for violating the Clean Water Act fired back at the federal government on Friday, claiming his due process rights were violated by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and seeking nearly $65 million in damages.
