Law360, New York (June 22, 2012, 7:19 PM ET) -- New York University's Langone Medical Center on Thursday pulled out of merger talks with Continuum Health Partners in light of the New York City hospital system's decision to explore a partnership with Mount Sinai Medical Center.
“Given the good faith in which we have worked with CHP over the past eight months, we have determined that it is in the best interests of NYU Langone Medical Center to suspend all further discussions with CHP at this time,” NYU said in a statement Thursday.
