Bloomberg Gets Ex-Manager's Age Bias Suit Knocked Down

Law360, New York (June 27, 2012, 5:50 PM ET) -- A New York federal judge on Tuesday tossed claims by a former research and development group manager at Bloomberg LP that the financial software and data giant discriminated against him because of his age and the medical leaves he took due to heart ailments.
