Expert Report Stays Intact In WaMu Appraisal Inflation Trial

Law360, New York (July 12, 2012, 7:08 PM ET) -- A New York state judge on Thursday declined to gut a report by the state prosecutors' real estate expert, finding that statistical information in the report was appropriate during a bench trial over allegations that title insurer First American Corp. inflated home values for Washington Mutual Inc.
