Beauty Queen Ordered to Stop Using 'Mrs. US' Pageant Marks

Law360, New York (July 13, 2012, 6:10 PM ET) -- The organizers of the Mrs. United States beauty pageant on Friday won a preliminary injunction preventing a former beauty queen from using similar pageant names for her own contests as a New York federal judge found the plaintiff would be harmed by the woman's continued use of the marks.
