Indigenous Ecuadoreans Want Cut Of $18B Chevron Judgment

Law360, New York (July 20, 2012, 1:59 PM ET) -- Amazon rain forest natives Thursday sued Steven R. Donziger, an attorney for Ecuadoreans who won an $18 billion pollution-related judgment against Chevron Corp., saying their interests have been ignored and that a New York federal court should confirm they’ll get a cut of the money.
