Law360, New York (August 03, 2012, 7:30 PM ET) -- A lawyer for real estate investor Rubin Schron blasted a former Troutman Sanders LLP attorney at a New York trial Friday for insisting that a $100 million loan that was part of a $1.3 billion acquisition deal for nursing homes had never been funded by Schron.
