Court Sticks To Ruling In Real Estate Listing Suit

Law360, New York (October 10, 2007, 12:00 AM ET) -- The judge in database system BrokersNYC’s suit against the Real Estate Board of New York and member brokerages on Tuesday shot down the bid for reconsideration that the defendants had made in their effort to get the suit’s last Sherman Act claim jettisoned.
