Kaplan To Shell Out $1M To End Teachers’ OT Suit

Law360, New York (September 21, 2012, 4:55 PM ET) -- Kaplan Inc. has agreed to pay a putative class of teachers $1 million to resolve allegations in New York federal court that the for-profit education company failed to pay overtime and other wages, according to a filing submitted Friday.
