Fordham Professor To Oversee ReNu Fungus Cases

Law360, New York (November 27, 2007, 12:00 AM ET) -- A Fordham University law professor has been appointed to oversee discovery disputes in hundreds of consolidated product liability cases against Bausch & Lomb Inc. over a contact lens solution that allegedly causes fungal infections.

New York Supreme Court Judge Helen E. Freedman and U.S. District Judge David C. Norton filed a joint order on Monday appointing Fordham University School of Law Professor Daniel Capra as special discovery master/referee in coordinated litigation over Bausch & Lomb's ReNu with MoistureLoc solution.
