Law360, New York (December 06, 2007, 12:00 AM ET) -- A Florida-based patent-holding company has filed suit against cellular phone giants Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd. and Nokia Corp., claiming the companies’ phones infringe four of its patents.
Innovative Patented Technology LLC filed its complaint against Korea-based Samsung and Finnish company Nokia on Wednesday in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida, alleging infringement of its patents covering cellular phone technologies.
