Law360, New York (October 28, 2005, 12:00 AM ET) -- In an ongoing effort to fill vacant positions, the Securities and Exchange Commission has named two new deputy directors of the enforcement division.
Walter G. Ricciardi and Peter H. Bresnan will serve as senior officials, responsible for overseeing SEC investigations and enforcement.
SEC Director of Enforcement Linda Thomsen said she was confident in Riccardi and Bresnan’s abilities as litigators.
