Law360, New York (February 01, 2006, 12:00 AM ET) -- Caught in the cyclone of litigation surrounding Italian dairy giant Parmalat’s collapse, Bank of America, a defendant in one of the lawsuits, has been allowed to transfer its case from North Carolina Superior Court to a New York district court.
Last December, Bank of America filed a request for removal in U.S. District Court for the Western District of North Carolina, with the case formally admitted into the New York dockets earlier this week.
