RE Rumor Mill: Airbnb, Tiffany's, J&R Music

The joint venture plans to develop retail properties at 31 Park Row, on the same block where the recently closed Computer World store had been located and may also develop 23 Park Row. The companies have not yet decided whether the redeveloped properties will include aspects of J&R Music and Computer World, the Real Deal reported....
