The club, which received a CA$325 million offer earlier this year, is located north of Toronto in Markham, Ontario, and would be used for residential and commercial development if it were sold, Globalnews said. Members at the 27-hole course would receive approximately CA$200,000 each if the course were sold for CA$412 million, according to Globalnews....
