Law360, New York (July 08, 2008, 12:00 AM ET) -- A federal judge has dismissed all but one claim from an auction rate securities suit brought by alternative energy company Xethanol Corp. against Deutsche Bank Securities Inc.
After a hearing on July 2, Judge Alvin K. Hellerstein of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York entered a summary order Monday granting Deutsche Bank’s motion to dismiss in part, thereby throwing two of Xethanol’s three claims against the bank from the case.
